PRODUCT PRIORITIES


Beer

Core Brands

  • Draft & packaged beer selections that reflect national industry leading brands in the Domestic, Premium, Import, Craft, FMB and Seltzer categories.

  • These brands must have representation within the venue where brands do not specifically conflict with existing venue sponsorship. Available in general and/or premium concessions, clubs, suites, restaurants and on catering menus.

  • Multiple formats available – 12 oz, 16 oz, 19.2 oz, 24/25 oz

Approved/Regional Selections

  • Draft & packaged beer selections that enhance the Core Brands and offer variety and locality within the Domestic, Premium, Import, Craft, FMB and Seltzer categories.

  • Brands to be offered in larger concessions outlets and premium areas (suites, clubs, restaurants, catering) where it fits for pricing strategies and programming, driving per cap and incremental revenue at higher price points.

  • Multiple formats available – 12 oz, 16 oz, 19.2 oz, 24/25 oz

Spirits

Tier 1 Spirits

  • Opening offer (well pour) wherever spirits are approved for sale.

  • Expected to be offered at permanent & portable concessions bars, in restaurants, suites, clubs & on catering menus.

Tier 2 Spirits

  • Premium, top performing spirits in their category

  • These brands and additional offerings give the opportunity to upsell from Tier 1

  • Expected to be offered at premium/club bars, in restaurants, suites/clubs and on catering menus.

Tier 3 Spirits

  • Ultra-Premium, top performing spirits in their category

  • These brands and additional offerings give the opportunity to upsell from Tier 2

  • Expected to be offered at premium/club bars, restaurants, suites/clubs and on catering menus.

Ready to Drink

  • These selections deliver a premium bar-quality experience in any location.

  • Feature craft cocktails in areas where space is limited or add to existing packaged alcohol stands.

  • Increase speed of service and deliver a consistent and efficient cocktail experience.

Wine

Tier 1 Wine

  • Opening Wine offer at all locations - House pour in restaurants, catering menus, base offering on suites menu

  • Individual format (187 mL, 250 mL, 355 mL) offered at concession stands and at portables where wine is offered, and if hawking wine.

  • Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Bubbles

  • $4.50-$6.50 NAP

Tier 2 Wine

  • Top performing wines in each category

  • Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Red Blends, Interesting/Worldly Reds (i.e. Malbec, Tempranillo, Shiraz, GSM)

  • Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Bubbles, Interesting/Worldly Whites (i.e. Riesling, Moscato, Chenin Blanc, Albarino, Sancerre)

  • Prosecco, Champagne, Cava, Traditional Method Sparkling

  • Upsell opportunity from Tier 1

Super Premium/Specialty Wine

We are looking to cultivate a super-premium wine program for specialty catering, VIP events and ownership suites. These selections may be more limited than Tiers 2 & 3 and should be wines that may be purchased in smaller case counts.

All categories are currently open – looking to highlight Old World wines.

SUPER BOWL CLIENT BRUNCH 2022

Aramark is looking for a celebrity ambassador and their alcohol brand to participate in our 5th annual client brunch on Saturday February 5, 2022 in Inglewood, California. This event is attended by Aramark S&E’s NFL clients in venue leadership roles and has become one of the most anticipated Big Game weekend events featuring innovation in sports & entertainment food and beverage.
